Tri-County Electric has prepared for the demand of the mobile population, and now offers a mobile application for both Android and iPhone operating systems. “Apps” are downloaded and installed onto mobile devices, and may pull content and data from the internet or download the content for access. The TCEC app allows our members the convenience of managing their account from virtually anywhere in the world. To download the Tri-County app and start your new interactive experience with us, go to the Google Play Store for devices with Android operating systems or to the App Store for iPhone operating systems and search for “TCEC FL.” Once the TCEC app is downloaded and installed on your mobile device, any member will be able to access their account the same as they would if they were to access it through the TCEC website online. Members can pay bills with a debit or credit card or e-check, view past billing statements, view payment history, view electricity usage, and change information on their account(s) such as addresses and telephone numbers. The Cooperative can also provide the member with important notifications, and even link to our social media Facebook page.
