           OUTDOOR LIGHTING SERVICE
AVAILABILITY:
Available in all territory served by the Cooperative, in accordance with the Cooperative's established Services Rules and Regulations.
APPLICABILITY:
Applicable to any consumer of the Cooperative.
TYPE OF SERVICE:
Mercury vapor and metal halide lighting owned, powered and maintained by the Cooperative. Installation of outdoor lighting fixtures shall be limited to the Cooperative's existing distribution poles except as noted in the Special Provisions of this rate schedule.

TAX ADJUSTMENTS:

The amounts computed under the stated monthly charges, as adjusted by the application of the Wholesale Power Cost Adjustment, shall be subject to any applicable taxes, assessments, fees or surcharges legally imposed by any governmental authority. These applicable taxes, assessments, fees or surcharges shall be allocated to the consumers billed under this rate schedule.

AGREEMENT FOR ELECTRIC SERVICE -- CONTRACT:
Each consumer shall be required to enter into an Agreement For Security Light Service (contract) before a security light will be installed by the Cooperative. The terms of the Agreement For Security Light Service (contract) will be determined by the Cooperative, based on cost factors and the consumer's requirements. All contracts shall provide for a minimum amount of one year's charges.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS:

1. The Cooperative shall furnish, install, operate, and maintain the outdoor lighting equipment including the bracket, luminary, control device and accessory equipment. Installation shall be made in order that the energy for operation of the lighting equipment does not pass through the meter for the consumer's other usage.

2. An initial installation service charge shall be required for each outdoor light installed as established by the cooperative. A service charge shall also be required when an existing outdoor light is transferred to another location or billed to another consumer's account.

3. In circumstances where a consumer requests outdoor lighting service at a location requiring the Cooperative to supply an additional pole, an additional monthly charge per pole per month shall be made.

4. The Cooperative shall provide maintenance for outdoor lighting equipment at regular intervals. In addition, the Cooperative shall respond to a consumer request for maintenance, including bulb replacement, at no additional charge, as promptly as possible under the existing circumstances. All outdoor lighting maintenance shall be performed during normal working hours of the Cooperative, except in cases of emergency determined by the Cooperative. The Cooperative reserves the right to discontinue service in the event of vandalism.

5. The consumer shall accept responsibility for the protection from deliberate damage of the Cooperative's outdoor lighting equipment. Cost of the material required, will be charged to the consumer when the lighting equipment is repaired.

6. The consumer shall allow the Cooperative's authorized employees to enter the consumer's premises and adjacent property for equipment maintenance or routine tree trimming.

7. The consumer shall execute a written contract with the Cooperative for outdoor lighting service. No such contract shall be for less than one year.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
All charges stated herein are net and are due and payable when rendered. In the event the current monthly bill is not paid by the due date of the bill, the consumer's service will be subject to be discontinued and may be subject to penalty charges.
